Protect the route. Protect the margin.
You already know where a route leaks service and margin. ZenduONE closes the gap between the signal and the fix, so a missed stop reaches you before the customer does and a blocked bin leaves as a line you can defend.
Your people are the integration layer, and it costs you a route at a time.
The customer tells you.
Hours after the truck moved on.
You know on the route.
While a return visit is still worth making.
Only the driver knows why.
Blocked, not out, contaminated: all come back as “missed”.
The reason travels with the stop.
Coded at the kerb, with the image behind it.
Month end is where the margin goes.
Surcharges tallied from memory, then conceded.
The count is already made.
Every chargeable event carries its own evidence.
The customer knows before you do.
So the call comes in angry.
You make the call first.
Same day or tomorrow, your decision.
What the route is leaving behind, and what you get back.
Service reliability
You find out on the route, while a return visit is still worth making
- A skipped stop and an arrival with no lift are treated as two different problems
- Blocked, not out, contaminated and inaccessible are coded at the stop
- Recovery routed to whoever is closest, or held for tomorrow with the customer told
Revenue assurance
Every surcharge leaves with the image that makes it survive a dispute
- Overfills, contamination, blocked and not-out bins raise chargeable events
- Surcharge rules set per contract, per bin type, per account
- Extra lifts and driver exits counted where the contract charges for them
Account insight
One account, every visit, and the exceptions that keep coming back
- Visited, missed, overfilled and contaminated counted per account
- Every visit on a timeline, with its reason code and image
- Repeat offenders surfaced before the contract review, not after
Customer experience
You answer the customer yourself, in under a minute, from the account
- Lift and PTO cycles confirm the bin was actually serviced
- Curb camera attaches an image to the stop and the account
- Searchable by customer and account number, not just by route
Five screens your dispatcher would actually open on a Tuesday.
Nothing gets ripped out, and that is the point.
Device
Bluetooth asset tags
Containers and bins accounted for between jobs.
Bluetooth 5, 3 to 5 year battery
Three people who open ZenduONE every day, and what each one needs from it.
Operations managers
See where service and margin leak out of a route, and act on it while the trucks are still out rather than at month end.
Dispatchers
Catch missed and incomplete stops as they happen, see which truck is closest, and decide the recovery before the customer calls.
Billing and customer service teams
Chargeable events arrive with the image attached, and a service question is answered from the account record in under a minute.
What changed, not what percentage.
“GoFleet has helped us to cut down the effort required for fleet management and garbage collection operations by 75% while also being the trusted and reliable partner to accelerate our transformation journey.”
What the platform changes on a typical round. Illustrative of ZenduONE, not results reported by this customer.

After ZenduONE
- The stop surfaces while a return visit is still worth making
- The reason is coded at the kerb, with the image behind it
- Chargeable work reaches the invoice, and the line holds
More on protecting a route, before you talk to us.
Questions haulers ask.
How do you tell a missed stop from an incomplete one?
A missed stop is one the truck never reached. An incomplete stop is one it reached but could not service, because the bin was blocked, not out, contaminated or inaccessible. They are detected differently and they bill differently, so we code them separately and put the evidence behind each.
Can we charge for blocked and not-out bins?
Where your contract allows it, yes. Surcharge rules are set per contract, bin type and account, and each event carries the image and the timestamp, which is what makes the line survive a dispute at month end.
Will this work with the hardware we already have?
Usually, yes. ZenduConnect reads more than 20 telematics and camera providers, so the footage and position you already pay for become the evidence behind a case. We confirm your exact models before you commit to anything.
How long does deployment take?
Most operators start on one route, one site or one crew. If the vehicles already carry cameras and trackers, the first week is configuration and the second is the pilot itself, so you are reading real cases inside a fortnight.
What happens when the system gets it wrong?
It will call some things wrong, so nothing bills or escalates itself. Every case waits in a review queue for a person to approve, and rejecting one asks you for a reason. Those reasons are read by us and used to tune the rules, and you keep the record of what was rejected and why.
How does the evidence reach our other systems?
Approved cases leave as lines through the open API, or as a file your team already knows how to import. The photo and the timestamp stay attached, so the line can be defended without anyone going back into the software.
What does this cost for a fleet our size?
Pricing follows the number of vehicles and the parts you turn on, and the pilot is scoped before you sign anything. We would rather put a number against your own list of vehicles than a range against your industry.
