Settle a delivery dispute without pulling a driver off the road.

ZenduONE reads the cameras, trackers and door sensors already fitted to your trucks and trailers, opens a case for anything that matters, and puts the proof of delivery next to the claim.

Before and after

The claim arrives days after the delivery, and the only person who knows what happened is back on the road.

Before: every answer is a phone call

Dispatcher “I re-plan the day over the phone.”
Driver “I get stop changes by text.”
Safety manager “I find out about incidents from the claim.”
Customer “I don’t know when my delivery lands.”
  • Driver → Dispatcher “What's my next stop?” Text message
  • Safety manager → Driver “What happened out there?” Phone call
  • Customer → Dispatcher “Where's my order?” Emails support

After: one connected delivery

Dispatcher Plans the loads
Stops land in the cab nobody read them out
Driver Runs the delivery
Harsh brake is clipped nobody pulled the footage
Safety manager Reviews the event
POD reaches the customer nobody emailed it
Customer Gets proof of delivery

Every load becomes the claims record

Customer story

What changed, not what percentage.

“A claim used to mean a phone call to a driver who was three hundred miles away. Now the arrival, the door and the photograph are already in the case.”

What the platform changes on a typical round. Illustrative of ZenduONE, not results reported by this customer.

  • Claims were answered from a phone call and a memory
  • Waiting time at customer sites was never charged
  • Footage was overwritten before the claim letter arrived

  • The arrival, the door and the photograph sit in the case
  • Detention arrives as an evidenced line
  • Event clips are pulled to the case on the day they happen
Frequently asked

Questions transport managers ask.

Can we prove a delivery without a signature?

Yes. Arrival, door opening, dwell time and a photograph taken at the point of delivery make a record most receivers accept, and the driver app still captures a signature where the customer requires one.

Does this cover trailers that are not powered?

Yes. Battery trackers and door sensors report position, unscheduled openings and load state, so a trailer dropped at a site is still visible while the tractor is elsewhere.

Will this work with the hardware we already have?

Usually, yes. ZenduConnect reads more than 20 telematics and camera providers, so the footage and position you already pay for become the evidence behind a case. We confirm your exact models before you commit to anything.

How long does deployment take?

Most operators start on one route, one site or one crew. If the vehicles already carry cameras and trackers, the first week is configuration and the second is the pilot itself, so you are reading real cases inside a fortnight.

What happens when the system gets it wrong?

It will call some things wrong, so nothing bills or escalates itself. Every case waits in a review queue for a person to approve, and rejecting one asks you for a reason. Those reasons are read by us and used to tune the rules, and you keep the record of what was rejected and why.

How does the evidence reach our other systems?

Approved cases leave as lines through the open API, or as a file your team already knows how to import. The photo and the timestamp stay attached, so the line can be defended without anyone going back into the software.

What does this cost for a fleet our size?

Pricing follows the number of vehicles and the parts you turn on, and the pilot is scoped before you sign anything. We would rather put a number against your own list of vehicles than a range against your industry.

See it on your operation.

  • 30-day pilot scoped, or an honest no
