Mississauga, ON – 25 February , 2026 – We’re excited to share this month’s latest product updates from Zenduit! We’re rolling out powerful new enhancements designed to make fleet management more flexible and communications more transparent. From deeper asset visibility and advanced beacon integration to stronger security protocols and refined coaching tools, these updates give you greater control over every moving part of your operation.
Dive into the latest highlights below and discover how Zenduit is helping you stay ahead with smarter connectivity and effortless data management!
Track What Matters – Even Without The Hardware
Introducing a new Non-Tracked Record Type within the asset creation and edit flow. This update gives you more flexibility in how you manage assets – whether they currently have hardware installed or not. You can now retain historical data for retired vehicles and easily create records for untracked assets like trailers, all within the same system.
Key Updates
- Retain historical data when retiring a vehicle and moving hardware to another asset
- Remove hardware without losing access to past asset data
- Create and manage untracked assets (e.g., trailers) without installed hardware
- Keep all assets aligned in the system – tracked or untracked
Why It Matters
Asset management doesn’t always involve active hardware. Previously, retiring vehicles or managing untracked assets could disrupt data continuity. With the Non-Tracked Record Type, you maintain visibility, preserve historical records, and ensure your asset list accurately reflects real-world operations – without workarounds or data loss.

Where Beacons Become Insights
Introducing the BLE Beacon Gateway to our fleet app, enabling it to scan nearby BLE beacons and sensors and securely send their data and location to our platform- supporting both indoor and outdoor asset tracking.
Key Updates
- Automatically scans for nearby BLE beacons and sensors
- Captures sensor data such as temperature, humidity, battery level, movement, and magnet status
- Sends beacon data and location directly to the web platform
- Beacon whitelisting allows control over which devices can connect
- View beacon locations and sensor readings directly on the platform
- Ideal for monitoring sensitive cargo and compliance conditions
Why It Matters
This update significantly improves asset visibility and condition monitoring, helping customers protect high-value or sensitive goods, meet compliance requirements, and gain real-time insights into asset location and environmental conditions – without additional hardware complexity.

Driver Calling Supercharged With Timestamps & Automatic Transcriptions
We’ve enhanced the Driver Calling feature by adding call timestamps and automatic call transcriptions, making it easier to review, track, and reference driver communications.
Key Updates
- Call recordings are logged against the asset, driver, and initiating user
- Timestamps show exactly when each call occurred
- Automatic call transcriptions provide quick insight into conversations
- Easily review discussions related to operations, safety, or productivity
- All call details are centrally stored for easy reference
Why It Matters:
These updates improve visibility, accountability, and traceability of driver communications. With timestamps and transcriptions, teams can quickly review past calls, resolve disputes, support compliance, and make better operational decisions – without replaying entire recordings.

Tag More, Coach Smarter!
This release introduces the ability to multi-tag exceptions. Users can now apply up to five tags per exception or video, allowing more detailed documentation of driver behavior and environmental factors observed during the event.
Key Updates
- Apply multiple tags (up to five) to a single exception or video.
- Tags can reflect different indicators observed by reviewers (e.g., driver actions, environmental conditions).
- Workflow status (e.g., Needs Coaching) remains unchanged after tagging.
- Supports coaching managers in identifying specific areas of concern for driver safety.
Why It Matters
Multi-tagging provides richer context for exceptions, helping fleet managers and coaching teams better understand patterns in driver behavior and environmental factors. This leads to more targeted coaching, improved safety insights, and more effective incident management.

Flexible Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has Arrived
We now introduced flexible multi-factor authentication (MFA) controls, allowing organizations to apply MFA system-wide or selectively at the individual user level—giving you stronger security without unnecessary friction.
Key Points:
- Enable MFA globally for all users or selectively for specific users
- User-level controls to enable, disable, or reset MFA
- Easy recovery option if a user loses access to their authenticator
- Centralized MFA management directly from system settings
Why It Matters:
Not every user or role requires the same level of security enforcement. This update gives organizations the flexibility to protect sensitive access points while maintaining usability—reducing friction, improving adoption, and strengthening overall system security.

Introducing the New “Video Loss Rule” – Get Notified When Your Camera Isn’t Recording
Introducing a new Video Loss Rule designed to keep you informed and proactive. Cameras can sometimes fail due to hardware or cable issues, leading to unexpected video loss. This new rule ensures you’re instantly notified if any camera channel stops providing video, helping you take quick action and maintain continuous visibility across your system.
Key Points:
- New Video Loss Rule introduced for improved monitoring
- Automatically detects when a camera or cable stops transmitting video
- Sends alerts the moment a channel experiences video loss
- Helps maintain reliability across all camera channels
Why It Matters:
Camera downtime can leave critical gaps in visibility and security. With the Video Loss Rule, you no longer have to manually check camera feeds or discover issues too late. Instant notifications allow you to respond quickly, reduce downtime, and ensure your surveillance system is always operating as expected.
