Can a guardian see other students or routes?
No. Guardians can only see the information associated with their assigned traveller(s).

Yes. Schools can manage traveller profiles and assign students to specific routes and stops. Guardians can also be associated with their assigned traveller(s).
Can the system identify when a student boards or leaves the bus?

Usually, yes. ZenduConnect reads more than 20 telematics and camera providers, so the footage and position you already pay for become the evidence behind a case. We confirm your exact models before you commit to anything.
How long does deployment take?
Most operators start on one route, one site or one crew. If the vehicles already carry cameras and trackers, the first week is configuration and the second is the pilot itself, so you are reading real cases inside a fortnight.
What happens when the system gets it wrong?
It will call some things wrong, so nothing bills or escalates itself. Every case waits in a review queue for a person to approve, and rejecting one asks you for a reason. Those reasons are read by us and used to tune the rules, and you keep the record of what was rejected and why.
How does the evidence reach our other systems?
Approved cases leave as lines through the open API, or as a file your team already knows how to import. The photo and the timestamp stay attached, so the line can be defended without anyone going back into the software.
What does this cost for a fleet our size?
Pricing follows the number of vehicles and the parts you turn on, and the pilot is scoped before you sign anything. We would rather put a number against your own list of vehicles than a range against your industry.
