User Experience Updates to Trax
New updates allow faster access to key data and ensure consistent user experience.
Mississauga, ON – November 29, 2021 – ZenduIT, a leader in commercial telematics has announced updates for ZenduCAM Trax. We are working towards a goal of providing a better product and improving user experiences. These updates will allow users to use filters to view the data they need faster, ensure consistency between ZenduIT products, and allow users in different time zones to retrieve accurate reports.
Available December 2021: Addition of Filtering Option for Admin Tabs
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience. The upcoming Filtering option update in the Trax UI will help customers to better filter users, devices, zones, reports.
With the filter option button, the customer will also be able to seamlessly filter records by each column in a table to get a list of entries in a faster, more efficient, and user-friendly fashion.
Available December 2021: Addition of Column Picker for Admin Tabs
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience. The upcoming Column Picker update will help customers to customize their tables to display/hide columns based on their preferences. This will allow customers to reduce data dump and only focus on the necessary information.
Available December 2021: Table Redesign for Admin Tabs
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience. The upcoming UI update for record tables will provide the customers with a better representation of table data on Trax thus helping them to make informed decisions.
Available December 2021: Updating Buttons for Admin Tabs
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience. The upcoming button UI update will provide customers with a better display and ease of use to click buttons while interacting with different features. This will also help in maintaining design consistency across Trax with a better display.
Available December 2021: Forms Side Panel for Admin Tabs
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience. The upcoming UI update to the forms side panel will align all widths of side panels enabling a seamless switching experience from text box to text line for inputs.
This will provide customers with a better UX experience and will align with the UI overhaul update for the admin tab on Trax.
Available December 2021: Time Zone Addition in Systems Settings
The update highlights ZenduIT’s continuous effort to provide a better product and user experience.
This update will enable customers to set the time zone for retrieving footage manually and have reports be customized to the time zone selected by the customer.
