ZenduCAM Historical Streaming

We are thrilled to introduce the new Historical Streaming feature for ZenduCAM Devices. Users can now stream recorded footage directly from the SD card, providing immediate access to past recordings for seamless review and analysis. This enhancement allows for quick review and analysis of historical data without waiting for downloads or data transfers. Streamlined access to recorded footage reduces the time and effort needed to find specific events or incidents, while improved data management ensures critical data is preserved and readily available for review.

How to Access Historical Streaming:

1. Wake Up the Camera: Ensure the camera is active.
2. Select Time Frame: Choose the specific time frame of the recordings you want to stream.
3. Stream Duration: Each streaming session lasts up to 5 minutes.
4. Session Limits: Only one session can be active at a time; two users cannot stream simultaneously.
5. Request Footage: After locating the needed footage, users can request the video to be uploaded.

New Geotab Map Add-In with ZenduCAM

We also have a new add-in for the Geotab map, to enhance the management of fleet operations. This feature allows users to view exceptions, request videos, live stream, and monitor various telematics measurements directly on the map.

How It Works:

1. Expand Side Panel: Expand the side panel on the right side of the map.
2. Select Add-In: Select “ZenduCAM Map Addin.”
3. Pick a Device: You will see a message saying “Pick the device on the map.”
4. Select a Vehicle: Choose a vehicle from the vehicles list, or click on the vehicle icon or name on the map.
5. View Data: The exception, measurements, and camera view for the selected vehicle will appear.
