New Features: ZenduTruckMate – V2.0

New features in TruckMate V2.0 will allow users to better streamline operations as users can optimize the dispatching and driver process even more. This feature is available with the Geotab-Truckmate integration.

Mississauga, ON – May 15, 2020 – ZenduIT, a leader in commercial telematics has announced new updates for the popular dispatching software, Truckmate. The new features available in version 2.0 via Geotab-Truckmate integration focuses on further streamlining the everyday tasks that dispatchers and drivers must complete. Additionally, the solution can be integrated to work with other business systems using an open software development kit. 

ZenduTruckMate V2.0 will focus on streamlining and optimizing processes. A more specific list of the updates are below:

Geofence Updates: Freight Bill Status can now be updated automatically as soon as the vehicle arrives or exits specific destinations via customizable Geofence Zones

Custom Forms: Fleet Managers can create custom forms to be attached to freight bills as required 

Geotab Data: Driver Hours of Service (HOS) availability is now available for fleet managers to use to help manage and distribute workloads when dispatching

Image Upload: Have the ability to take a picture of the delivery and add it to the OSD notes page on freight bill in Truckmate

Email Notifications: Automatically receive and send email updates to customers when drivers are on route so they can track orders that are on the way

Proof of Delivery Notice: Be able to provide customers with a proof of delivery document that is sent directly to their email after a delivery has been made, in addition to storing it in POD files to allow for better document management
